Conflict–>Freedom [judging to perceiving]

You will feel conflict.

You will feel scarcity.

You will feel scared or fearful.

When this happens, let go.

Breathe in and out.

Look around you. Listen to what is happening around you.

Look at how you are carrying yourself.

Look at how you feel on your face.

Just listen. Just feel. Stop thinking. Your thinking mind isn’t needed when you aren’t working.

Just enjoy yourself. Just laugh. Just have fun.

Keep laser focus on your vision.
